Teams compete against other team for the title for the title of Titanium Chef and the honour of the Titanium Spatula. Your team must create a 3 or 4 course meal to the satisfaction of the culinary team. You will get a maximum of 30 minutes per course to complete your creation. You must acquire the resources needed from Chef and his team. Additional resources can be acquired during the “Manager’s Special”- a round of trivia or activities in which contestants can accrue tokens with which to buy ingredients, utensils or the Chef’s expertise. At the end of the allotted time Chef and his culinary team will judge the wining masterpiece and crown the Titanium Chef.
Logistics – The Titanium Chef Team Building Activity:
Titanium Chef team building activity will take 2 to 3 hours to complete and can easily be combined with other activity options to create a full day event. This teambuilding event is ideal for group sizes from 15 to 50 people. Larger groups can be accommodated with some small alteration to the menu. It is great for a group that want to involve competition and creativity in their event without a large physical component. The team building activity can be done in any meeting space with adequate ventilation.
Agenda – The Titanium Chef:
Introduction (15 minutes): staff and Zest is introduced to the client and initial paperwork completed
Each course (30 Minutes): Participants are given time to create, cook and plate each of their courses.
Judging (10 Minutes): The judges will visit each team and talk to them about their creation to help in the judging process .
Time to Eat (time dependant on group)
Awarding or Prizes (time dependant on group size and number of prize categories)
