Murder in the Mountains
A unique presentation of the classic dinner time “whodunnit”. The backstory is presented as dinner begins. Characters are introduced and migrate around the dining tables, chatting with participants and revealing information bit by bit. These include a member of the local constabulary, the widow of the victim, the victim’s business partner, an ornery old prospector and even the ghost of the victim himself.
Participants are free to question the characters and quickly find out that there are many possibilities as to the real culprit.
As the last course is being served, the characters finish their visiting and the table teams are left to reconstruct the crime. Presentations are made and so are assumptions and accusations. Finally, the real story unfolds with the team who has been the most accurate being recognized as the winner.
Each plot is written with the client in mind and if preferred, may often incorporate organizational information, messaging and other info.
